Chairperson’s Message
Strategy II phased out, but also a landmark year for implementation of the new seven (7) year government program, the National Strategy for Transformation (NST-1) as well as the transport sector strategic plan spanning 2018/2019-2023/2024). I thus, hope that with continued commitment and resilience of Agency’s senior management and staff the government’s aspirations of transforming Rwanda into a middle-income State will berealised.
