Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA) has completed different roads sections in three districts of Eastern Province which totalize 20 km to ease transportation in urban areas of these districts.
The roads built in Kayonza have 4.5km of length, Kabarondo has 3km, Ngoma has 8.6km and Kirehe with 4.5km.
The completed roads include streets which cross the cities (urban areas) and it has been observed that they play a vital role in easing the transportation of people and goods as these are paved roads which are smoother way for vehicles.
The constructed roads come as a tangible solution to these districts which claimed to face challenges because of the poor roads condition but now citizens are rejoicing to have these more sustainable infrastructures.
The Government of Rwanda through Rwanda Transport Development Agency has embarked on building economic transport infrastructure by ensuring that residences are having favorable roads to facilitate transportation which fast track overall development.
